Besides the fact that we love options, lol, the perfect scent creates moods and memories. Identities come alive with a single spritz. The fragrance brand, with some of the most stunning fragrances I’ve experienced, is the dream come to life by Mona Kattan.

Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli | 64 Golden Rum, Vanilla Surabsolute, Royal Oud, Creme Brulee, Brown Sugar, and Sugared Patchouli swirl into a bold, luxe statement. An after-dark alter ego. BOUJEE, OPULENT, SEXY!
Yum Pistachio Gelato | 33 Pistachio, Hazelnut, Sweet Rum, Whipped Cream, Marshmallow, Cotton Candy. Basically dessert in a bottle.
Invite Only Amber | 23 Black Cherry, Honey, de Provence, Tobacco Leaf, Amber Resin, Vanilla Madagascar. It’s enticing and mysterious. Perfect for seductive nights.
Déjà Vu White Flower | 57 Gardenia, Jasmine Absolute, Orange Flower, Tuberose Infusion, and Tahitian Vanilla. Softly romantic.
Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar | 42 Candied Pear, Sweet Violet, Bubble Gum, White Caramel, Rock Sugar, Vanilla Cream. Sweet, nostalgic, and just a little rebellious.
Eden Sparkling Lychee | 39 Black Currant, Sparkling Lychee, Rose Damascena, Candied Violet, Sugared Amber,Sandalwood. Bright and fresh like an endless spring afternoon.
The Art of Layering
Kayali is top tier when it comes to the art of fragrance layering. This is where magic happens. Pairing two (or three!) scents together creates something unique. Some of my favorite combos:
- Vanilla | 28 + Déjà Vu White Flower | 57 for a warm, sweet floral vibe.
- Invite Only Amber | 23 + Vanilla Royale | 64 for when I’m feeling EXTRA BOUGEE!
- Yum Pistachio Gelato | 33 + Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar | 42 for playful, sweet energy.
Tip: I typically spray my heavier fragances first then top with my lighter ones
The Dry Down a.k.a. My Closing Notes
As we know fragrance is subjective. I think it should be treated as an extension of self-expression like you favorite shoes or if you’re like me your favorite shade of red lipstick. Some days I want edible sweetness. Other days I want luminous florals. And sometimes, I want both!
